How many packs do you need?

Each pack of JD Kanekalon provides approximately:

• 10 standard dreads measuring around 0.8 to 1 cm thick and approximately 60 cm long (about 24 in).

• 15 thin dreads measuring around 0.5 cm thick and approximately 60 cm long (about 24 in).

If you want around 30 standard dreads, you will usually need approximately 3 packs, depending on the thickness, length and volume desired.

For full African braids or box braids: around 6 packs are usually needed, depending on the length, thickness and number of braids.

For cornrows or root braids: around 4 packs are normally required, depending on the design and final volume.

How much does kanekalon cost?

Can it be sealed with hot water?
