Hydrolyzed corn starch is a natural volumizer.

It is water-soluble and residue-free, meaning it will wash out completely when you shampoo your dreadlocks.
How do I use my RAW ROOTs Dreadlock Tightening Spray?
(Shake before use)
To maintain the roots of dreadlocks:
- After washing your dreadlocks (either the whole length or just the scalp, as you prefer).
- Spray the product on the roots.
- Let your scalp dry or dry it with a towel or hairdryer (on medium power and speed, and about a foot away).
- Palm roll the root of a dreadlock (roll the palm of your hand over the dreadlock between two fingers).
To maintain the bodies of the dreadlocks with palm rolling:
Applying while the dreadlocks are damp will be more effective.
- Take about 4-5 dreadlocks with the palm of your hand (to concentrate the spray on those dreadlocks) and spray them, trying to apply product to the entire length of those dreadlocks.
- Palm roll with both hands, one in each direction (as if trying to create fire) along the body of those dreadlocks. This will help compact the locks, tuck in any loose hairs, and round out your dreadlocks.
To prepare your hair before creating dreadlocks:
If you are going to create dreadlocks: apply to freshly washed hair and allow it to dry completely before forming your dreadlocks.
